Andrea

Andrea’s journey has always been guided by her values of creativity, community, and connection. A former full-time theatre artist with a physically demanding schedule (and the perpetual jet lag to prove it), she turned to movement as a way to heal injuries, find calm, and engage with her body differently. What began as a personal practice soon blossomed into a desire to help others discover the transformative power of mindful movement.

With the arrival of her children, Andrea transitioned away from the whirlwind of touring to embrace a more balanced lifestyle. Teaching became her way of fostering connection and inspiration within her community. For Andrea, witnessing her students learn to care for themselves, discover their inner spark, and share in a collective experience feels reminiscent of the magic of live theatre — a moment of presence and shared humanity.

Andrea remains deeply committed to creating accessible, supportive spaces where people can explore their unique rhythms and find joy along the way. Through her teaching, she continues to grow, learn, and share her passion for movement and connection.
